The Yak
Tibet’s wild Yak is a sturdy mountain ruminant. It’s long and woolly coat protects it from the harsh winters on high plateaus. It feeds on grass and weighs up to 600 kg. In summer, the Planète Sauvage Yaks like to submerge their bellies in the water to cool down.
