Dolphins for education: a teaching role
Planète Sauvage is located in a tourism zone and on the Atlantic coast. Its learning program is directed at schoolchildren, families and groups. The Planète Sauvage animal care team’s aims: to raise awareness, promoting the protection of these animals.

 

    Several dedicated areas will be allocated to these programs:
  • A 75m² classroom
  • A 75m² activities room
  • A laboratory

 

    Different themes will be covered depending on the public’s age and sphere of interest:
  • The dolphin’s anatomy
  • L'évolution
  • Its evolution
  • Community life among bottleneck dolphins
  • Diversity and classification of marine mammals
  • The Atlantic coast’s marine mammals
  • The dangers threatening marine mammals
  • What can be done to protect marine mammals?
